Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026. Pinelight Social is operated by Jaiden Anderson, doing business as Pinelight Social.

1. Services

Pinelight Social ("we") provides monthly social media content subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Premium) as described on our website at the time of purchase. Scope per plan: number of graphics, captions, flyers, content calendar, scheduling (Growth/Premium) and performance report (Premium).

2. Not included

Paid advertising budgets or ad management, video production, direct message or comment management, unlimited revisions, logo or brand redesign, extensive custom design, and photo or video shoots, unless separately quoted in writing.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe on your signup date and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice; founding-client price locks are honored as stated at signup. Failed payments are retried automatically, and work pauses if payment isn't received within 14 days.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time through the customer portal or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Partial months aren't refunded once that month's batch is delivered. If we deliver more than 5 business days late, that month is credited.

5. Revisions & approvals

Each plan includes the revision rounds listed. A round is one consolidated set of changes sent within 3 business days of delivery. Unless you opt out, Growth/Premium content not reviewed within 5 business days may be scheduled as delivered.

6. Your content & ownership

You confirm you have rights to the logos, photos and materials you provide. Once paid, you own the final graphics and captions we deliver. Templates, source files and tools remain ours. We may show your delivered work in our portfolio only with your written permission.

7. Account access

We use only the access you grant (for example, a Meta Business Suite partner role) and never request passwords. You may revoke access at any time.

8. AI-assisted work

We use AI tools to help draft content. All content is reviewed by a person before delivery. You're responsible for final approval of claims about your business, prices and offers.

9. No guaranteed results

We don't guarantee specific reach, followers, engagement or sales.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
