What we collect
Information you submit through our contact or onboarding forms (name, business name, email, phone, business details, brand files), billing information processed by Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers), and basic website analytics if enabled.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver and bill your subscription, and send service-related messages. With your consent, we may also send occasional marketing emails, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (for example Stripe for payments, our form provider, our scheduling tool, and email), or when the law requires it.
Social account access
Access you grant to your social accounts is used only to schedule and report on content you approved, and you can revoke it at any time.
Retention
We keep client files for the life of the subscription plus 12 months, then delete them on request or automatically, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing messages.
