Questions
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel from your customer portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I have to approve every post?
You get every batch to review first. If we haven't heard back in 5 business days, Growth and Premium posts go out as delivered so your page doesn't go quiet. You can ask us to always wait for your OK instead.
Which platforms do you support?
Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn, plus TikTok for image posts. Starter files work anywhere you post yourself.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI helps us draft captions and design variations quickly, which keeps prices low. A person reviews every post before it reaches you.
Will you need my passwords?
Never. You add us as a partner in Meta Business Suite or invite us to your scheduling tool, and you can remove that access at any time.
Can you guarantee more followers or sales?
No one honestly can, because platforms control who sees posts. What we guarantee is consistent, on-brand content delivered on schedule.
